A reworking of the birdy pencil box

 

Sometimes it's fun to rework a box I've already done, to see if it can be improved by changing the size and shape of the box. A while ago I made a large birdy pencil box, which is perfect if, like me, you have a lot of art supplies, but I wanted to make a smaller pencil box. This is the end result... small and simplified.

I'd forgotten how much fun it was to paint the pencil crayons! This is one of ten boxes going up to
